RunStopShop Returns and Refund Policy
At RunStopShop we understand that sometimes when shopping you may want to return an item. If this is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you with your shopping needs.
RunStopShop offers free 30 day return or refund on all products. For items returned between 30 - 365 days an exchange or store credit will be given.
The products must be returned in excellent condition (unused, unworn, no marks, discolouration or stains) and in original manufacturer packaging (undamaged, including all tags, labels, tissue paper, cardboard, plastic, boxes or similar). RunStopShop will inspect the returned product before issuing any return or refund. If an item is ineligible for a return or refund the item will be sent back to you. If you choose to return any products you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to the products whilst in transit to RunStopShop.
Exchanging products for a different size or style is acceptable. Run Stop Shop will send out any exchange items free of charge. If the exchanged product is a higher value you may be required to pay an additional product cost. If exchanging a product for an item of lesser value, RunStopShop will gladly refund the difference. All subsequent returns, including multiple returns will be at your cost. Initial postage costs on all domestic and international orders will not be refunded.
All refunds are processed in accordance with the mode in which the original product was made whether that be credit card, PayPal, etc. For all eligible refunds you will be refunded the advertised price of the purchased product less any discount amount if applicable.
Items with a manufacturer defect (are incomplete in any way, display poor workmanship, have missing parts or pieces, or are substantially inconsistent with the product description or stock photos) will be exchanged or refunded, upon inspection at RunStopShop. Where no fault is detected the product will be returned to you at your cost.
There are strictly no returns or refunds on consumable products (including any sports nutrition, protein powder, etc).

Return item to RunStopShop at the return address listed below along with your intent to return slip. The item must be in excellent condition and in original manufacturer packaging.
If you choose to return any products you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to the products whilst in transit to RunStopShop. We recommend you send it Insured Registered Post for peace of mind. RunStopShop is not responsible for the cost of Return/Exchange item postage or insurance, or items or damaged in transit it is your responsibility to send it Registered and Insured. Make sure you package your return safetly.
Upon receiving the product RunStopShop will inspect the item, issuing an exchange or refund where eligible. All ineligible items will be returned to you.
You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
